- Please choose carefully: Before purchasing tents, sleeping bags or other outdoor gear, check the dimensions, specifications and suitability for your intended use. Contact us if you need help choosing.
- Change-of-mind returns: Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, clean, complete and returned with their original packaging. For eligible change-of-mind returns of tents, sleeping bags and similar outdoor products that have been unpacked and cannot be restored to their original factory-packed condition, a 10% restocking fee applies. Return shipping is at your expense. Opening an item for inspection is different from using it; returned items must still meet our return conditions. These fees and conditions apply only to change-of-mind returns. See our Returns Policy.
- Faults & warranty: If your outdoor gear has a fault, arrives damaged or does not perform as it should, contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and photos where possible. We will assess the issue and arrange the appropriate remedy. Any manufacturer’s warranty is additional to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
- Outdoor use & care: Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, unsuitable storage and failure to follow care instructions are generally not covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. We assess each issue individually; this does not exclude a remedy where Australian Consumer Law applies. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for setup, cleaning, drying and storage.
- Your consumer rights: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Change-of-mind time limits, packaging requirements and restocking fees do not limit these rights. See our Warranty Policy for more information.
