Garmin Varia RearVue 820 Radar Tail Light

Garmin Varia RearVue 820 is a rear-facing bicycle radar and tail light for road and gravel riding. It detects approaching vehicles up to 175 m behind you and sends alerts to a compatible Edge cycling computer or the Varia smartphone app.

A bright rear light, braking indication and customisable lighting modes help make your position and changes in speed more noticeable to other road users.

Compatibility

Use with a compatible Edge computer, Garmin watch or smartphone running the Varia app. Vehicle-size and lateral-movement information depend on the paired device and software. The optional seat rail mount is sold separately.

Runtime and visibility vary with conditions and settings. Same-speed tracking may be limited at low speeds, in poor weather or with incorrect mounting. Radar alerts supplement your own traffic observation.
